Cement Feeding Systems are designed with high-strength mild and structural steel, mounted on a rigid base for long-lasting performance. The FS pump is fitted with pedestal blocks that support the pump screw, ensuring smooth and stable operation. The screw is dynamically balanced, and all material-contact parts are made from hardened, wear-resistant metals with extra hard surfacing where needed. The screw is directly coupled to the motor, with an option for V-belt drive.
Each FS pump includes a pressurized seal and bearing assembly that prevents material from entering the bearing area, increasing the life of the discharge seals. Every system comes complete with the pump, drive motor, and a compressed air source.
